Reserving Your Experience
KAINOS offerings are thoughtfully prepared for each experience. Offerings, including virtual sessions, recorded readings, and other personalized experiences, are available for purchase through Book Online.
Scheduling
For virtual sessions, once your reservation is complete, you will receive a scheduling link by email to select your preferred date and time. A separate link to join your session will be provided once your session is scheduled.
Recorded readings and offerings that do not require a live session will be prepared and delivered to you by email.
Changes to Your Session
If you need to cancel or reschedule your virtual session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Requests received within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable.
In the event of a genuine emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Emergency circumstances are considered with care. Missed sessions or same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive promptly for your scheduled session. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the intentional exchange of time, energy, and preparation, KAINOS offerings are non-refundable once the energy exchange has begun.
Virtual sessions, recorded readings, and personalized rituals are considered final once preparation or delivery has commenced.
